What type of healing, coaching and mentoring do you use / offer?
Tara, KG and their team are highly skilled practitioners, healers, coaches and teachers. They each have over 15 years of applied experience with clients - in a "healing room" setting, as well as large and small group transformation circles.
They each draw from a combination of: Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Theta Healing, Soul Coaching, Spiritual Practitionership, Holistic Health tools, Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Frequency and Light Modalities, and DNA Activation.
How can I track my progress?
We highly value grounded progress and have in place the following to witness your growth:
Quarterly check-ins (1-1)
Regular energy-aura scans so that you can see your own field and what needs to be elevated and what has shifted.
The Thrive Chat Thread is where you can get daily support if you need it, from our team.
What if I can't make some of weekly live classes?
We get it, things come up and schedules change. Each live class is uploaded in your Thrive Portal within 24-48 hours after class, and you can catch it when your time opens up.
